How We Worked

01. Map the office

Admission desk, accounts, class teachers and parent queries — we designed screens around the real day, not a generic foreign template.

02. Configure, then train

Academic year, fee structure and user roles were set with the institute. Staff practised on the screens they would use every morning.

03. Support after go-live

Reports and extra fields followed once the office was actually using the system.
